Simple inventory flow: STOCK = generated and not yet activated. ACTIVE = first successful License Core activation. SUSPENDED = temporary block. REVOKED = permanent block. EXPIRED = expired. SendOwl automation is intentionally not required in this phase.

License vs device: REVOKED in the license list means the entire license is revoked. A single installation can instead be BLOCKED without changing the license status.

Batch generator
